Make an appointment for a personal needs assessment

An assessment is free. Chef Charles will meet with you in your home at your convenience. Your discussion will cover the following topics:

  • Your favorite foods

  • How many meals you'd like

  • Dietary restrictions and food allergies

  • Frequency of cook dates (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

  • Fees

Chef Charles will also survey your kitchen and fuse box.
 

Decide on cook dates

Based upon your needs, cook dates are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
 

Let Chef Charles do the work

Chef Charles shops for the finest and freshest ingredients, hand-picking all produce.

On each of your cook dates, Charles arrives at your home to cook your menu of choice using his own pots, pans, and utensils. He then packages, labels, and stores all of your entrees in proper storage containers and provides clear and easy to follow heating instructions.

Your kitchen is left spotless — the only evidence of Charles’s visit will be the wonderful aroma of freshly prepared gourmet cuisine.
